Dream Work
Working with your dreams can be a profound and revelatory experience. Because images and symbols are the language of dreams, unmediated by the mind, they deliver uncontrived, 'unfiltered' messages to us directly from the unconscious. As we work with the dream, as well as every day concerns, deeper psychological, emotional and spiritual dimensions can be accessed. Aspects of ourselves that have been cut off, are needing attention or development can be seen in the dream message; blocked or unconscious feelings can be come through and find expression and release. We can access the insights and guidance inherent in the dream. This can connect us to our inner riches and greatest potential.
I offer dream work as part of psychotherapy or as a specific focus. If you are interested in specifically working on your dreams, please contact me to discuss. I also offer dream guidance in small closed groups of up to four people.
